Windows 10 doesn't recognize external dvd drive

BURNING PLAYLIST from iTUNES: Running Windows 10 64-Bit iTunes Version 12.11.3.17 Error message when running Diagnostic on Cd/DVD drive is 1) Unable to Access Audio Disc 2) Unable to Read Audio Disc I Burned a Playlist 3 days ago-it plays perfectly in my car-NO PROBLEM.
